How it works

• Walk the room: Point your iPhone and move along the walls. LiDAR picks up walls, doors, windows and furniture as you go.
• Check the measurements: The floor plan calibrates itself and shows square metres and dimensions. Check any measurement against a tape right in the app.
• Export and share: One tap gives you the PDF with plan and photos, a PNG for listings, a DXF for CAD and the 3D model.

Which iPhones are supported?

You need a device with a LiDAR sensor: iPhone 12 Pro or later (Pro and Pro Max models) or a LiDAR-equipped iPad Pro, running iOS 17 or later. iPhones without LiDAR cannot take the measurements.

How accurate are the measurements?

Stated accuracy is ±2 cm. You can compare any dimension against a tape measure right in the app, so you know how far to trust the survey before you send it.

How much does the app cost?

The download is free and your first 5 properties are free, with every export. AiCasaDesign Pro (€49 a month or €199 a year) adds unlimited properties and your branding on the PDFs. Manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple ID settings.

Where do my scans go?

They stay on your device. The app uploads nothing to the cloud: when you share, it creates the file on your phone and you decide where it goes (AirDrop, email, Messages, Files…).

Which files can I export?

A PDF with floor plan and photos, an HTML summary to open in a browser, a PNG image, a DXF file for AutoCAD and other CAD software, and a USDZ 3D model that opens on iPhone and Mac. Every format is included, even in the free version.

I already have a paper floor plan. Do I need the app?

If you already have the plan, turn it into a 3D render right on the website with the 2D to 3D floor plan converter. The app is for when there is no plan and you have to measure on site. To furnish photos of the rooms, use AI virtual staging.
